Custom Design Accuracy

Pam will make every effort to bring your vision to life. Because every item is made by hand, there will be natural variation between a photo reference and the finished product. A photo or inspiration image you share is used as a creative guide, not a guaranteed replication. Pam will communicate throughout the process if any element of the design needs to be adapted.

Design Changes After Confirmation

Design changes requested after your order has been confirmed in writing may affect your final price and timeline. Changes requested fewer than 72 hours before the needed-by date may not be possible to accommodate. Pam will always communicate clearly about what is and is not feasible given the timeline.

Allergen Disclosure

All Purple Pantry Bakery products are prepared in a home kitchen that regularly processes wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. While Pam takes care in preparing each order, she cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with these or other allergens. Purple Pantry Bakery is not a certified allergen-free facility.

If you or someone in your household has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please disclose this at the time of ordering. Pam will be honest about what she can and cannot safely accommodate. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies order at their own risk.

This disclosure appears on every product label as required by South Carolina's Home-Based Food Production Law.

Photo and Portfolio Use

Pam photographs finished orders for her own records, portfolio, and social media content. By placing an order, you agree that Purple Pantry Bakery may use photos of your finished order for business purposes. Your personal information will never be shared. If you prefer that photos of your order not be used publicly, please note this in your order form or notify Pam in writing before pickup.
