Pickup and Delivery Policy

Pickup

Purple Pantry Bakery is a home-based bakery. Pickup location and address will be confirmed in your order confirmation message. Please do not arrive early or outside your scheduled pickup window without prior notice, as Pam may be finishing another order.

Orders must be picked up within the agreed pickup window. If you are running late, please contact Pam as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within two hours of the scheduled time without notice may be forfeited with no refund, as perishable goods cannot be held indefinitely.

Delivery

Local delivery may be available within a limited service area at an additional fee. Delivery availability, service area, and fees will be confirmed at the time of your order. Purple Pantry Bakery is not responsible for any damage that occurs to an order after it has been delivered and accepted.

Inspection at Pickup

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup before leaving. Once you have accepted and departed with your order, it is considered received in satisfactory condition. If you notice any issue, raise it before leaving so Pam can address it on the spot.
